PURCHASES & DELIVERIES

Techwear UK provides a large curated selection of techwear, secure payment options, easy order tracking, free delivery with no minimum purchase, and a professional customer service team.

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping from our UK and Asian warehouses.

Delivery estimates:

  • 5-8 business days to the UK.
  • 1-2 weeks for Europe.
  • 1-2 weeks for the USA and Canada.
  • 1-4 weeks for other global destinations.

LOCATION AND PRODUCT ORIGIN

We are a global techwear brand. We operate via our US corporate entity and utilize a network of international fulfillment centers, including our primary returns warehouse located in the UK, to serve our customers efficiently.

Our products are designed in the UK and Japan, and manufactured in various locations, including Japan, China, and Korea, ensuring high-quality and innovative techwear designs.

ORDER TRACKING AND INCOMPLETE ORDERS

Track your order using our "Track Your Order" page with your order number and email address.

Orders with multiple items may ship separately from our various warehouses to expedite delivery. If all items aren't received within 21 business days, contact us for a shipment review.

PACKAGE DELIVERY

Parcels are delivered to your mailbox, or in person if too large. If you're unavailable, a notice will be left for pickup at the nearest post office.

SIZE AND RETURNS

Refer to our size guides on product pages or contact us for assistance before ordering. Returns for size issues are at the customer's expense. We only cover product reship if the size isn’t matching the size information provided on the product page.

RETURN & CANCELLATION

Contact us ASAP to modify orders. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed/cancelled.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt, with return shipping at your expense. Please visit our Return Center page for full instructions.

DAMAGED ORDERS

Contact us via email or our contact page immediately, providing photos or videos of the defect to expedite the process and make it right.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wash at 30 °C (86 °F) on a gentle cycle, avoiding tumble drying and ironing on prints.
